Meetings for Lawyers in Pakistan

Law and Lawyers would like to begin organizing regular meetings for lawyers in Pakistan. These meetings will provide attorneys with opportunities to network and socialize with other professionals.

One benefit of meeting on a regular basis is to share up to date information on what is going on in the legal community. Attendees can discuss recent events at firms and in court. Other possible topics include pending legislation, the state of legal education, and policy issues.

Networking with other lawyers is important because it can help in finding a new job for that person or a friend. If a law firm needs to hire someone with experience in a particular field, a member of that firm may be able to meet someone with that experience, or might be given contact information for someone else with that experience. In this way both the law firm and the lawyer with experience benefit.

It is important to have current knowledge of events that are important to international law. Having regular contact with other legal professionals provides an excellent opportunity to stay informed of the most recent news.

We would like to structure meetings so that we can expect there to be at least fifteen people in attendance. If you would like to offer to host a meeting, either just one time or on a regular basis, please send an email. Please include all relevant contact information. You may also send an email if you would like to attend meetings but are unable to serve as host. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know whether there are any opportunities in the area you indicate.
